i Light Singapore 2024 - Giveaway T&Cs

Applicable to all social media giveaways conducted from 6 - 23 June 2024 on i Light Singapore social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook:

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals that are at least 18 years old and residing in the country where the giveaway is being held (Singapore). Employees of the organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

  1. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow specific instructions on the giveaway post.

  2. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The organiser will notify the winner via direct message on social media. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the organiser reserves the right to choose another winner.

  3. Prize: The giveaway post will describe the prize(s). The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. 

  • The stay is only valid until 21st November 2024 at lyf Funan Singapore. The stay is valid for 2 pax only. The stay is non-transferable & non-refundable. Stay dates cannot be changed once finalised. Guests will be liable for any expenses incurred during their stay, and any cancellation penalties should they fail to turn up. 

  • To redeem the giveaway prize, winner(s) must provide their full name, contact details, and confirmed date of stay to the organisers. Once the date has been submitted, no changes will be allowed.

  1. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow the organiser to use their photos/videos, name, and social media handle for publicity purposes.

  1. Disclaimer: The organiser of the giveaway is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur during the giveaway, including but not limited to errors in entry, notification, or prize delivery.

  2. Termination: The organiser of the giveaway reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  1. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the country where the giveaway is being held (Singapore).

  2. Release: By participating in the giveaway, participants release the organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

  3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
